내용요약

독일도 유아기 아동의 취학 전 돌봄/교육의 중요성을 인지하고 각 아동이 가진 환경적 불리함으로 인해 학교 교육 시작부터 침해를 받지 않도록 취학 전 돌봄과 교육을 확대하고 있다. 특히 2015년부터 급격히 유입된 난민 등으로 독일 내 이주배경이 있는 아동이 현저 히 늘어나면서 독일어 사용에 어려움이 있고 문화적 이질성을 겪는 아동이 더욱 증가하였 다. 체계적인 유아 돌봄과 교육은 독일어 학습, 독일문화 습득에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 취학 전 유아 돌봄과 교육에 참여하는 것이야말로 학교 교육의 원활한 시작과 개인의 교육, 진로, 직업 생활, 전반적인 삶의 성공을 위해 더욱 중요해지고 있다.
